How do you deliver products that I purchase?: Parcels will only be sent via insured registered postlocally or overseas or by courier within Australia at cost and at the purchaser's expense.
How do you package the products that I purchase?: Bubble wrap is used for packing and if possible double boxed. I have thirty years experience in despatching ceramics locally and overseas. If requested professional services are available, I use King and Wilson, a firm that both Christies and Sothebys use and recommend.
Is GST included in the price?: Yes GST is included in the price of all items (10%). With proof of depatch overseas the item is GST exempt.
What currency are the prices quoted in?: All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars.
How do I know what condition the piece is in?: Condition reports can be supplied on request.
